Why Pilates?
“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.” – Joseph Pilates
The Benefit
Pilates improves core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. It promotes balanced muscle development, enhances mobility, and supports injury prevention. Pilates also reduces stress, improves breathing, and builds long-term strength through controlled, low-impact movements — making it suitable for all fitness levels.

FAQ
Is Pilates safe for everyone?
Yes, private Pilates lessons are tailored to the body in front of the instructor. All sessions are geared to achieve the goals of the individual taking into consideration their physical limitations (ex. osteoporosis).
How often should you do Pilates?
Depends on the goals and fitness of the individual. For clients hoping to get back fitness activities or prefer supervised exercise 2-3x/week is recommended. For clients with goals to enhance their established workout routine 1-2x/week is recommended.
Do you offer private Pilates at a client's home?
Yes, if the client has Pilates equipment at their home. The time slots for at-home care are limited given the travel requirement.
Do you offer group classes/duets?
Not at this time. We are a small studio space allowing for complete privacy during a pilates session. We hope to offer duets in the near future.
